Refunds

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid.

We do not refund the current period, except during the first 7 days after the first charge if you have not sent a quote.

A Pro trial that you cancel before it converts is not charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Email the reply-to address on your receipt and include the business name if you think the first-7-days rule applies.
