Bidline stores the account email you sign up with, your business name, trade, city, phone, logo, and reply-to address.

When you write a quote we store the customer name, email, phone, address, and the prices you picked. The customer does not make an account. Anyone with the quote link can open it.

When someone accepts, we store the time, the option they picked, and the browser user agent. We do not store their IP address.

Card numbers go to Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id, subscription status, and plan. We do not store the card.

Quote emails go out through Resend from the address you configure. We do not sell customer lists.

You can stop the subscription in the billing portal. Deleting a workspace is a support request until a self-serve delete ships.
